They also are likely to have high levels of well-being, life satisfaction, life balance, hope, happiness, meaning and and purpose in life; as well as self-compassion, self-forgiveness, forgiveness of others and circumstances, flourishing, positive affect and positive beliefs. They also tend to be high on levels of mental health and gratitude.
